reading create task t1 wk5

 WALT: organise information to gain an understanding of the text 

throughout the week we have been studying on planets and writing down facts 



1.The speed of light is 300,000 km per second

2.It takes a year for the sun to go around the world

3.A year is approximately 365.25 days so every 4th year its a leap year

4.which means there is another day in February

5.Neptune is 4.5 billion kilometres away from earth

6.Neptune is the windiest planet in the solar system

7.Neptune is an ice giant

8.Neptune is the coldest planet in the solar system it can reach up to -218`C

9.One day in Neptune is only 16 hours long

10.Neptune has 14 moons

11.Same as earth Neptune has 4 seasons each season is about 40 years long

12.The earth spins around in an imaginary line

13.The axes is angled on a 24% degrees

14.When the earth is facing the sun it is summer when it is facing opposite way it is winter and freezing cold brr

17. Neptune is very similar to Uranus 

18. Neptune's atmosphere is made of hydrogen 

19. Neptune's is the most distant planet 

20. Neptune is the smallest of the gas giants
